Dr Rana Z. Masood, is an Associate Professor at Department of Commerce, AMU, Aligarh. Her area of specialization includes Auditing, Marketing & Human Resource Management. She has obtained her Doctoral Degree in the Area of HRM from the Department of Commerce, Aligarh Muslim University.She has authored many Articles in the field of HRM and Marketing in Reputed Journals and has also Published Books titled “Facets of Industrial Democracy (2017)” and “Dynamics of Labour Relations (2018)”. She has also participated in various National and International Conferences, Training courses. She teaches Graduate and Postgraduate level students and  has supervised many dissertation thesis of students of  M.Com, MBA(FM), MHRM, MIRM.Many students has also  completed  their Ph.D under her guidance.

  Dr Rana has also performed her Administrative duties as Assistant Superintendent of Exams in Department of Commerce for many years and was also appointed as Assistant Dean Student’s Welfare (DSW) for the Academic year 2019-2020.
