Dr Ziaul Islam is Working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, Aligarh Muslim University. He is a member of Editorial Board for International Journal of Research. In addition, he is appointed as  "Verifying Officer, Scrutinizer, Mentor & Examiner in the Department of Commerce". Dr Islam has been appointed as a Nodal Officer by the Training and Placement Office Aligarh Muslim University India for Coordinating Scholarships(2023) funded by the SSEC USA. Furthermore he served as Assistant Professor in College of Business Administration Jazan University, Jazan (K.S.A) since 18th September, 2010 upto2013. In addition to it he Served as a Head of References and Textbooks Committee:   Served as a Head of Research Committee and Served as an Academic Advisor in Jazan University, Ministry of Higher Education Saudi Arabia. Held a position of Lecturer in Aligarh College of Management: Taught Human Resource Management to Bachelor of Business Administration (B. B. A) from Aug 1999 to Dec 2000 (Temporary Position).
