Dr. Obaidur Rahman received the B. Tech. in electrical engineering from Aligarh Muslim University(AMU), M.Tech. in Power System from DCR University of Science and Technology (DCRUST),Murthal,( a Haryana govt. university) and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia ( A Central University) ,New Delhi, India. Presently he is working as Assistant Professor in Electrical Engineering Department, AMU. He has to his credit research papers published in Inernationally reputed journals such as IEEE Sensor, IEEE Transactions, Elsevier etc. and Inernational conferences. His area of research includes condition monitoring of the transformer's insulation, sensor fabrication, and application of soft-computing techniques.
