Dr. Ahmad Mujtaba Siddiqui is assistant professor, Department of Geography, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. he has done B,.Sc, M.Sc and Ph. D in geography from Department of Geography A.M.U. Aligarh. he has carried out his doctoral research on land use studies.  he has also done certificate of course of Remote Sensing and GIS in Environmental Studies and off campus out reach certificate course of GIS and Global Navigation Satellite System  by IIRS, ISRO , Dept of Space , Govt. Of India
his area of interest are Land use & Land cover studies, Remote sensing applications, Climate Change, Sustainable Development and Economic geography.

he has also contributed various research papers and articles in reputed journals and edited Books of national and International reputes. He has participated and presented papers in national and international conferences, symposiums. He has also chaired and co-chaired in the national and international conferences.
