Dr. Syed Najmul Islam Hashmi is a professor in the Department of Geography, A.M.U. Aligarh. He specializes in the field of Agricultural Geography and Resource Geography. Prof. Hashmi has a very bright academic record throughout his carrier achieving first position at Post Graduate level. Prof. Hashmi is also actively engaged in research. Six Ph.Ds and one M.Phils have been awarded under his supervision. Prof. Hashmi has contributed many papers in reputed journals and is also co-authored of two books. He has attended and presented his research papers in various National and International Conferences.
