Dr. Aamir Yousuf Wagay is currently working as an Assistant Professor on contractual basis in faculty of Law at Aligarh Muslim University Mallapuram Centre since 18th October, 2022. His research interest centered around the issues of Family laws, specifically within the domain of cross boarder matrimonial disputes research. His Ph.D is about Private International Law titled " Divorce and custody of child issues : A comparative study of India and U.K”. His other areas of interest are emerging Legislative and judicial approaches in the devlopment of Private International Law. He has published many research papers in reputed national and international journals.
