After passing LL.M. from University of Kashmir, Srinagar, J&K, I taught at Law Centre-I, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007 till 27.09.1996 as ad-hoc Lecturer. On 28.09.1996, I joined as Lecturer in the Department of Law and have been continuously working and as now Assistant Professor. On 3rd Aug. 1995 and 19th Sept. 1995 my two writings appeared in Hindustan Times. I have completed one UGC Orientation programme and three UGC Refresher Courses. In February 2013, I presented 2 research papers in International Seminars entitled, "Judiciary on the Goals of Inclusive Growth and Millennium Development" and "Role of Law in the Governance of Developing Societies: Indian Democracy" sponsored by University Grants Commission & Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation, Govt. of India and International Seminar on Constitutional Evolution in India: Contemporary Perspectives sponsored by ICSSR, February 22-24, 2013.
