Presently, Coordinator of UGC-SAP (DRS-II) Programme. Published more than 220 research papers in several journals of high international repute including Proc.Amer.Math.Soc., Studia Math., qyart.J.Math. etc. and guided successfully 12 Ph.D. and 10 M.Phil. students. Visited about 23 countries including USA, UK, Hungary, Switzerland, Turkey, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Serbia, Albania, Kazakhstan etc. on various academic assignments. Attended 38 conferences and delivered about 40 talks at various universities and institutions. Referee of more than 100 international journals, member of several scientific and advisory boards, and member of editorial board of 19 international journals. Research interest are Sequence Spaces, Approximation Theory, Summability Theory, Measures on Noncompactness and Fixed Point Theory. Has high number of citations in his credit. Have 81 (53 foreigners) collaborators working jointly, and worked jointly on 23 international projects. Recently, awarded the Outstanding Researcher Award of the Year-2014 (on the S.S.Day celebration, October 17, 2014). In 2013, I was identified as the second most cited author of the Aligarh Muslim University by SciVal of Elsevier.
