Central Record Section, Registrar's Office
The Central Record Section of the Registrar Office maintains personal files of University employees and retirees.
1. Various sections send requisitions for personal files to the Central Record Section.
2. The Central Record Section issues personal files of University employees to the respective sections of the Administrative Block.
3. Personal files of the University employees are also sent to the legal section in court cases whenever they are requested.
4. The Central Record Section receives papers from all departments and sections of the University.
