Dr. Nimra Shakeel has been serving at the Community College, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, since August 2023. With a strong academic background, Dr. Shakeel earned her Ph.D. in 2022 on the fascinating topic, "Studies on the Development and Application of Nanocomposites in Enzymatic Biofuel Cells." Her remarkable journey includes prestigious fellowships such as the Maulana Azad National Fellowship (MANF) and Senior Research Fellowship (SRF-Direct) from the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi.

Dr. Shakeel’s academic track record is exemplary. She has maintained a consistent first-class performance throughout her studies. She has also excelled in competitive exams, qualifying for the CSIR-UGC NET three times (2016, 2017, and 2018) and the GATE in 2017. Her research is at the forefront of energy generation for miniaturized devices, focusing on harnessing energy from biological sources and biofuels. As part of her pioneering work, she has synthesized many nanocomposites as anode materials and explored green routes to create various nanomaterials.

With twelve research articles published in high-impact international journals and seven book chapters across diverse fields, Dr. Shakeel continues to push the boundaries of scientific knowledge, contributing significantly to the development of sustainable energy solutions.
