Involved in training and support to the research scholars, students and faculty members of the department in their research work on computer operation and other issues. Performs on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for the research scholars, students and faculty members of the department and recommend and implement corrective hardware and software solutions. Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot the user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products. Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot associated user workstation?s software. Handle LCD Projector, Visualizer, Trace Board and Computers audio-visual equipments in the Smart Classroom and Conference room. Budget preparation including appropriation, re-appropriation, supplementary demands for grants, additional grants, and contingency fund.
