As a current MDS resident specializing in Periodontics & Implantology at Dr. Z.A. Dental College, Aligarh Muslim University, I am passionate about advancing the fields of dental health and public health. My academic journey has been marked by consistent excellence, with distinctions in multiple subjects during my BDS degree and earning the second-highest aggregate in my batch. My interests extend to salivary diagnostics, nanotechnology in dentistry, and forensic odontology, areas where I have contributed through peer-reviewed publications and poster presentations.
I’ve had the opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience as the State President of the Indian Association of Dental Students and Secretary of the Dr. Z.A. Dental Society. Additionally, I worked as a Subject Matter Expert at Chegg India, where I provided expert insights in dental sciences. My experience in public relations and public speaking through university clubs has honed my communication skills, which have been crucial in my academic and professional pursuits.
Looking ahead, my ambition is to pursue a PhD in Dental Public Health, with a focus on integrating innovative approaches like AI and salivary biomarkers into preventive care. I am driven by the belief that interdisciplinary research and public health initiatives can revolutionize dental care on a global scale. My long-term goal is to contribute meaningfully to the field by engaging in research that fosters better patient outcomes and expands the reach of public health solutions in dentistry.
