University Polytechnic (Boys)

It is continuous endeavour of TP Cell, University Polytechnic, to provide all possible support and encouragement to students for exploring best of training and recruitment avenues. The TPO regularly engages with recruiters from a wide spectrum covering all the branches of Diploma in Engineering offered by the Polytechnic. Along with it the TPO also organises training programs and expert lectures on skill development, interpersonal communication and reasoning skills and a host of related aspects for the benefit of students from time to time.      

Objectives:

❖ To facilitate student placement process by inviting relevant companies and recruiters from diverse fields of Engineering and Technology.

❖ To groom students and make them aware regarding state of the art of their respective fields and associated skills expected by industry from prospective new inductees.

❖ To help in the creation of an eco-system of demand based learning by way of getting the feedbacks of recruiters incorporated in the curriculums of various branches of studies of Diploma in Engineering offered by the University Polytechnic.

❖ To organise counselling and mentoring sessions for students guiding them towards making an informed choice on their future academic pursuits and careers.

❖ To positively contribute in important activities of polytechnic such as preparation for NAAC Accreditation, NIRF, AICTE Approval process etc.
