Dr. Mohd Tauqeer joined as Assistant Professor in Dept. of Chemistry, A.M.U. Aligarh in October 2015. After completing his Ph.D. degree from Dept. of Chemistry, IIT Bombay, he was working as Research Associate in the same dept. of IIT Bombay. He has received his B.Sc. and M. Sc. Degree from Aligarh Muslim University. He has been awarded with JRF and SRF fellowship from UGC, New Delhi. He has participated various conference and delivered lectures in 248th ACS National Meeting & Exposition, August 10-14, 2014, San Francisco, CA, USA and IVth International Workshop on Transition Metal Cluster, September 8-11, 2014, House of Scientists, SB RAS, Novosibirsk, Russia. During his doctoral studies his reserach work focuses on synthetic organometallic chemistry and coordination chemistry of oragnotellurium ligands with simple metal carbonyls. His current research area includes coordination chemistry and organometallic chemistry of chalcogen based organic ligand with different metals. He has published papers in international journal of repute with good impact papers.
