Dr. Mohd Salim Mahtab has been working at the Civil Engineering Department (A.M.U.) since 2018. In 2016 and 2018, respectively, he received a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering and an M.Tech. in Environmental Engineering from A.M.U. In 2023, he received a Ph.D. degree from the department.
His area of expertise is the use of advanced oxidation methods for treating wastewater. He has published more than 30 scientific publications as an outcome of his research activity in international peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, and at conferences throughout his career. He has 499 citations on Google Scholar (h-index: 11; i10-index: 11). At several academic events, including conferences and international workshops, he has represented A.M.U. He has recently published one Indian patent.
He has so far supervised four M.Tech. Dissertations.
He is currently engaged in teaching various Civil Engineering courses.
