Md. Zulquar Nain has been employed as an assistant professor in the Department of Economics at Aligarh Muslim University since 2018, following his prior post as an assistant professor at MANUU, Hyderabad. He earned his Master's and PhD degrees in Economics from the University of Hyderabad. In the year 2020, he was awarded the prestigious "RBI Faculty Fellowship". Dr. Nain has written articles in reputed international and national journals. His thrust area of research lies in the fields of monetary economics, finance-growth nexus, macroeconomics, and international trade. The subjects he teaches cover microeconomics, macroeconomics, monetary economics, and econometrics.
