Syed Atiqur Rahman graduated with B.Sc.(Engg.) from Department of Electrical Engineering in 1988, and M.Sc.(Engg.) in Electronics & Communication from Department of Electronics Engineering in 1994, both from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He earned his doctorate from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2007. He was appointed as Lecturer in the Department of Electronics Engineering at AMU, Aligarh in 1988, and is presently working in the same department as Professor. His fields of study are Electronic Circuits and Artificial Neural Networks. Dr. S. A. Rahman is actively involved in research and has experience of guiding Ph.D., M.Tech. dissertations and B.Tech. projects. He has published papers in several reputed journals, including IEEE Transactions and Electronics Letters.
