Born in 1957, in Inhauna, District Rai Bariely, I started my primary education at Our Lady of Fatima, Convent School and Passed High School in 1973 from S. T. High School (Minto Circle), A. M. U., Aligarh, completed PUC in 1975 from AMU. Joined AKTC in 1975 as Student of BUMMS and completed in 1980. I did my MD in Moalejat in 1991, thereafter joined as lecturer in the same department in 1992. In 2001, promoted as Associated Professor and continuing till date.So far I have Co-Supervised 14 MD Theses. Various Papers in International and National Journals have been published. Some of the Journals of repute in which my papers have been published are 'Hamdard Medicus', 'Indian Journal of Traditional Knowledge', 'Jahan-e-Tib', etc. My field of interest in teaching is Moalejat especially the subject Saririyat (Bed Side Clinic) in which students take keen interest.
