Dr. Daud Khan is currently working as an Assistant Librarian at the Maulana Azad Library, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh, India. Prior to this assignment, he worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Library and Information Science, AMU, Aligarh, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Library and Information Science from AMU, Aligarh. He has qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi, India, and was awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Senior Research Fellowship (SRF). He has ample research publications in national and international scholarly journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and ABDC. He has presented a number of research papers at international and national conferences/seminars held in India and abroad and has received one Best Paper Award as well. His research interests include Knowledge Management, Scholarly Communication, and Bibliometrics.
