Functions of House Building Loan Section
Disbursement of House Building Advance to the Permanent employees of the University for the purpose to build, renovate or purchase their houses/flats as per rules, which further is followed by monthly deductions from the salary of the loanee @ 7.90% p.a. interest rate from Ist October 2020 to 31st March 2022 on the loan upto Rs. 25,00,000/- at present.
Other Misc. Works:-
- Investment of surplus money of HBL account in the form of FDR's and STDR's.
- Maintaining audit reports.
- To prepare the Annual statement no.04 & 05.
- Timely report of investment to the Executive Council, in its meeting.
