To prepare and check draft notes, Office Memos, show cause notices, charge sheets etc. submitted by the Dealing Assistants and also the draft report(s) relating to fake / forged cases of University employees minutely, replies to audit memos / paras issued, marking of DAK, to ensure timely movement of files for disposal and maintenance of RTI / RTI Appeal files.

CPIO, to dispose the applications received under RTI Act, 2005.

Any other work assigned by the Joint Registrar from time to time.

Assistant (Admin.)

To deal with complaints received from different persons / offices relating to personal and other related matters of employees. To make entries in Case File Register and its regular maintenance. To submit complete and factual report regarding ongoing enquiries (be it fact-finding or departmental) / disciplinary cases / disciplinary action(s) already taken on papers / files received from Non-Teaching             (Administration) / Teaching (Administration) / SB&PS / Selection Committees (Teaching & Non-Teaching), General, Academic and Cadre Review Section. To deal with vigilance clearance report of employees seeking employment outside the University.

Any other work assigned by the Joint Registrar from time to time.

To deal with complaints received from the different Ministries / Offices of the Government. To deal with cases of submission of fake / forged / tampered documents by the employees of the University, including preparation of reports and also deemed suspension cases.

Any other work assigned by the Joint Registrar from time to time.

Mr. Mohd. Akmal Wasim




Programme Assistant

Examination of Fact Finding Inquiry Reports, Regular Inquiry Reports, overseeing the complete arrangements in respect of proposed and ongoing inquiries, logistics required in consultation with Consultant, attending fact-finding / departmental enquiries to record the proceedings of the inquiry. To deal with all kinds of CVC, CBI and any other vigilance cases received in the section, including preparation of the status report to be provided to various Government agencies as required from time to time. To provide assistance to other Dealing Assistants in dealing with provisional pension cases of all types. Updation of web page of the section.

Any other work assigned by the Joint Registrar from time to time.

Mr. Abul Khair H.S. Khan


Daily Wager (Clerical)

To deal with anonymous and pseudonymous complaints, requirement of stationary for the section and other items required, making entries of bills on the stock register / reimbursement register and maintenance of casual leave register and weed out register of the section in consultation with all Dealing Assistants and Section Officer.

Any other work assigned by the Joint Registrar from time to time.
