Central Record Section of the Registrar's Secretariat deals with the following:

 Maintains the Personal Files of :

a.     All Teaching and Non-Teaching Employees

b.     All the staff of newly established Centers

c.      Personal Files of the Retirees

 Deals with the RTI Application and disposal of Appeal filed under RTI Act-2005

 Issue the Personal Files to the Officers, Staff of the Sections, Cell and Unit of the Central Office, Administrative Block as and when required for official purpose.

 Due to issuance of a number of Personal Files to various Sections, all the staff of the Central Records Section is directed for quick disposal and for maintaining its confidentiality

 All Personal Files are maintained with Coding System used in arrangement in archives. 

 It is the responsibility of this section to place all the papers in the concerned files.
