Care Taker Unit


Step-1             Different types of complaints are received from Sections/Cells/Units of Registrar’s Office/Controller’s Office & FinanceOffice regarding repair/maintenance/ replacement if items.

Step-2                   The said complaints are examined by the Caretaker, Administrative Block.

Step-3                   Directives are issued to the concerned Staff for compliance of the complaints.

Step-4                   Work done/Satisfactory report obtained from the concerned Sections/Cells/Units.
